Your first visit to our office is all about getting to know you and making sure you feel comfortable. If you plan on using dental insurance, please bring your insurance card and a valid form of ID with you to your first appointment with us. To save time, we encourage new patients to fill out their forms ahead of time, but you may also plan to arrive an additional 10-15 minutes early to your appointment to fill them out in our office.
